Sealock manufactures the Waterproof Sling Waist Pack with Airtight Zipper, model SL-F115, for people who want their essentials sealed and close to the body. As a welded waterproof-bag factory, we build the body from durable 500D PVC with high-frequency welded seams and close the main compartment with a genuine airtight waterproof zipper — so this waterproof sling bag keeps a phone, wallet, keys and documents dry through rain, spray and a day on the water. It wears as a chest sling or a waist pack, adds a second zip pocket and front lash webbing, and weighs just 0.56 kg.
Airtight Waterproof Zipper
The main compartment closes with an airtight waterproof zipper — a sealed zip track of the type used on premium dry gear, not an ordinary coil zip under a flap. Combined with the high-frequency welded body, which has no stitch holes anywhere, it gives the pack an IPX7 rating, so your phone and valuables stay dry through heavy rain, spray and brief immersion. We verify the seal on every unit with a full water-immersion test, submerging the closed pack for more than two hours and confirming the inside stays dry.
Sling or Waist — Two Ways to Wear It
A wide, adjustable and removable webbing strap lets you wear the pack as a crossbody sling across the chest, or cinch it around the waist as a hip pack. The strap adjusts across a broad range with a quick-release buckle, so it switches between carries in seconds and fits over a jacket or a wetsuit just as easily as over a t-shirt.
Front Pocket, Lash Webbing and D-Rings
A second water-resistant zip pocket on the front keeps small items you grab often separate from the sealed main compartment, while a row of elastic lash webbing and two D-rings across the front let you clip on tools, a light, a bottle opener or a carabiner. It is a simple, practical layout for fishing, boating, hiking or riding.
Breathable Padded Back
The back panel is a breathable padded pad that sits against your body, cutting the clammy feel of a coated bag worn close and adding comfort on a long walk or ride. Side attachment loops give you extra clip-on points.

How We Make and Test It
Each pack starts with cut 500D PVC. We high-frequency weld the body into a seamless shell with no needle holes, install the airtight waterproof zipper, then fit the front zip pocket, lash webbing, D-rings, breathable back pad and the adjustable removable strap. Before a batch ships, we run a full water-immersion test — submerging each sealed pack for more than two hours to confirm the IPX7 seal — and pull-test the strap anchors, buckle and D-rings under load. The airtight zipper and the welded seams are the two points we inspect hardest.
OEM / ODM, Wholesale and Dual-Base Production
As the factory, we supply the SL-F115 for OEM, ODM and wholesale buyers from an MOQ of 300 pcs, with samples in 7–15 days and production in 30–45 days.
