Nine sizes across a forty-fold volume range is not a specification a buyer can skim. Getting the capacity wrong is the single most common source of dissatisfaction in this category, and it happens in both directions: too small and the bag will not seal because there is no material left to roll; too large and the contents rattle around in a half-empty tube that will not sit still on a deck or in a pack.
Two rules govern the choice, and both are worth passing to end users on a retail listing.
First, the stated capacity is measured unrolled. The three turns needed to seal consume roughly the top fifth of the height on every size. A 20L bag holds about 16 litres sealed. Specify against the sealed figure, not the label — this alone prevents most of the complaints that get filed as "smaller than described".
Second, leave headspace deliberately. Air in the chamber is what makes the bag float, and a bag packed solid with all air expelled sinks. On the water, headspace is a feature rather than wasted volume.

The sizes above 40 litres are worth a note for buyers. A loaded 60 or 80 litre tube is heavy and awkward on shoulder straps, and is usually specified for stowage — a boat locker, a raft, a vehicle — rather than for carrying any distance. If your customers will be walking with the load, a harnessed dry backpack is the better product.
An opaque dry bag has a cost that only appears in use. To check whether the spare fleece is in there, you unroll the closure — often with wet hands, often on a moving boat — and then you have to roll it back correctly under time pressure. Every one of those cycles is an opportunity for water to get in, and the leaks people blame on the bag usually happened during an unnecessary opening.
The welded window removes most of them. Contents are identifiable at a glance, so the bag gets opened when something is actually needed rather than when memory fails. Once a user owns three or four of these in different sizes — which is the normal outcome of a range this broad — the window is what stops them opening the wrong one.
The window is welded into the body panel rather than sewn or bonded, so its perimeter is part of the sealed shell and not a separate joint that can lift. It is positioned on the front face, leaving the opposite panel as a clean, uninterrupted branding surface.

The 500D figure describes the denier of the fabric scrim laminated between the PVC layers. Higher denier means thicker yarn, and thicker yarn means the material resists tearing and abrasion through the scrim rather than depending on the coating alone. It is the difference between a bag that survives being dragged across a gunwale or a gravel launch and one that develops pinholes in its first season.
PVC tarpaulin can also be high-frequency welded, which is why this bag has no stitch holes anywhere in its structure. Welding fuses the layers into continuous material rather than joining them with thread, so there is no seam tape to peel, no stitch line to wick water, and no gradual leakage as an adhesive ages. On a stitched-and-taped bag the tape is the weakest component and the first to fail; on a welded bag that failure mode does not exist.
Strap anchor platforms are welded to the outside of the shell, so the load path never penetrates the sealed chamber — the detail that separates a properly engineered dry bag from one where the straps are the leak.
A roll-top is a compression seal. The rolled material pressing against itself is the waterproof barrier, which means the same bag will pass or fail entirely on how it was closed.
Three turns is the threshold. One or two produce a closure that looks shut but generates almost no sealing pressure — water enters at the corners. A roll that is tight in the middle and slack at one end leaks at that end, every time.

Inspection runs at three stages — IQC on incoming materials, IPQC through welding and assembly, and OQC before the container is sealed. SGS or QIMA third-party inspection is available on request, and buyers running their own protocol are welcome to execute it in full on site: unboxing, vacuum extraction, 24-hour static rest, and air-leak determination.
One point worth stating for a nine-size range: colour consistency is inspected across capacities, not only within them. A retail range where the 10L and the 20L are visibly different shades of the same colour reads as a quality failure on a shelf even when both bags are individually correct.

The window area should be kept free of print. The rear panel is uninterrupted and gives the largest artwork area; the front panel takes branding above and beside the window, which is how the stock colourways are printed.
