Product Description
SL-C191 is a 50L waterproof duffel bag, holding 50 liters in a cylindrical body measuring 60 × 33 × 33 cm and weighing 0.65 kg. The body is 600D TPU with high-frequency welded seams, in a colour body over black end caps and a black lower panel. The main compartment opens through a zip running along the top of the bag. On the front, a full-width mesh pocket with grey binding and a centre divider strap holds wet or quick-access items outside the dry compartment. On the back, two webbing handles are anchored on welded patches and close together under a padded wrap. Each end cap carries a welded D-ring for the detachable shoulder strap, which has metal snap hooks and a wide padded shoulder section. The bag is offered in four colourways: grey, orange, yellow, and a blue tropical floral print.
Construction and Water Behaviour
The body seams are high-frequency welded, so there are no needle holes or seam tape along the base, the end caps or the side panels. The handle patches and the end-cap D-ring mounts are welded onto the wall rather than stitched through it. At 600D, the TPU fabric is heavy enough to take daily abrasion on boat decks, truck beds and airport belts, while keeping the whole bag at 0.65 kg.
The rating is IPX6, verified by heavy rain and water-jet testing on finished bags. With the zip closed, the main compartment stays dry in heavy rain, spray on a boat and splashes on a dock. The bag is not built to be submerged. The front mesh pocket sits outside the waterproof body by design: it drains freely, so a wet towel, swimsuit or pair of sandals can ride on the outside without bringing water into the dry compartment.
Carrying and Layout
The main compartment is a single open space with no internal dividers, which suits bulky loads such as sleeping bags, wetsuits, jackets and camping kit. The cylindrical shape packs easily into a car boot or a boat locker. By hand, the twin handles meet under the padded wrap for a single grip. Over the shoulder, the detachable strap clips to the end-cap D-rings and spreads the load across a wide pad. When the bag is empty, it folds down flat for storage.

Recommended Use
Boating and sailing trips, beach and surf days, kayak and SUP outings where the bag rides on deck, weekend travel, camping, and gym or swim bags where wet gear rides in the front mesh pocket. Quality Inspection Standards
Every production run is checked at IQC, IPQC and OQC. The suite covers load testing to 1,500 cycles, zipper fatigue to 3,000 cycles, tensile and bonding strength on welded seams and handle patches, salt-spray on metal snap hooks, abrasion on the lower panel, colour fastness and colour difference against the approved sample, and heavy rain and water-jet testing on finished bags. Third-party inspection by SGS or QIMA can be arranged at the buyer's cost.

Printing and Logo
Screen printing suits solid one- to three-colour marks on TPU and resists abrasion and UV. Heat transfer handles multi-colour artwork. Welded TPU patches give a raised, tonal mark. For all-over patterns like the tropical print, the pattern is printed on the TPU fabric before cutting, so it runs continuously across the body. Woven labels can be sewn onto the mesh pocket binding or the shoulder pad, never through the welded waterproof body. Artwork is required as vector files; a digital placement proof is returned before sampling.

What is the minimum order quantity?
300 pieces per colour. The tropical print and other all-over patterns count as one colour each.

Can we put our own logo on it?
Yes. Screen print, heat transfer, welded patches and woven labels are all available, with Pantone matching on body and webbing. Custom all-over prints can also be produced.
What fits in a 50L duffel bag?
A 50 L duffel holds clothing for a three- to five-day trip, or a wetsuit, towel and change of clothes for a day on the water, or a sleeping bag and camp layers for a weekend.
Is it fully waterproof?
The main compartment is rated IPX6: with the zip closed, it stays dry in heavy rain and spray. It is not submersible. The front mesh pocket is outside the waterproof body and is meant for wet items.
Why is the front pocket mesh?
So that wet gear can ride on the outside and drain. A wet towel or swimsuit in the mesh pocket dries in the air instead of soaking clothes in the main compartment.
How light is it?
0.65 kg for 50 L. Welded 600D TPU is lighter than PVC tarpaulin of similar strength, and the bag has no frame or rigid base.
Can it be carried as a backpack?
The standard version carries by hand or over one shoulder. Backpack straps can be added on custom orders.
How do I clean it?
Rinse with fresh water after salt water or sand, wipe the TPU surface with a mild detergent, and let it dry with the zip open before folding.
What is the lead time?
Samples in 7–15 days. Production is 30–35 days after sample approval, from either the China or the Vietnam factory.
