Product Description
SL-I060 is a soft cooler bag measuring 30 × 21 × 27 cm outside and approximately 27 × 18 × 24 cm inside, holding about 12 liters, enough for 16 standard 330 ml cans without ice. It weighs about 0.9 kg. The outer shell is a serape-stripe polyester fabric in blue, teal, green and cream, with a woven Sealock ribbon running down the centre of each face, and it is sewn with bound edges. Inside, 15 mm of closed-cell EPE foam surrounds a blue food-grade TPU liner that is high-frequency welded into a single leakproof tub. The lid opens on a zip that runs around three sides and carries a mesh zip pocket on its underside. Both end panels have an elastic mesh pocket and a moulded hook anchor; a metal bottle opener is clipped to one anchor. The bag carries by a fabric-covered top handle or by a detachable shoulder strap with snap hooks and a pad in the same serape fabric.
Construction: Sewn Shell, Welded Liner
SL-I060 combines both of Sealock's core processes. The outer shell is sewn, which allows a woven-look fabric, bound edges, a woven ribbon and stitched-on mesh pockets: details a fully welded cooler cannot take. The liner is high-frequency welded, so the part that holds ice and melt-water has no stitch holes at all. Melt-water stays in the welded tub instead of soaking into the foam, which is what keeps a soft cooler from losing insulation and holding odour after a season of use.
The liner is leakproof as long as the bag stays upright with the lid closed. The outer fabric is water-resistant and shrugs off splashes and a damp picnic blanket, but the bag is not rated for heavy rain or submersion, and the zip is water-resistant rather than airtight.
Cold Holding
Packed with ice, closed and kept out of direct sun, the bag holds ice for approximately 24 hours in our trials at 25 °C ambient. Results change with ambient temperature, sun exposure, how often the lid is opened and whether the contents were chilled before loading. Pre-chilling drinks and keeping the bag in the shade make the biggest difference. Thicker foam can be specified on custom orders for longer hold times.
Layout and Carrying
The main compartment holds a day's lunch and drinks for two, or a six-pack with ice and snacks. The mesh pocket under the lid keeps napkins, cutlery or a slim ice pack separate from the food. The two side mesh pockets take a water bottle, sunscreen or a phone, and the bottle opener is always to hand on the end anchor. The fabric-covered top handle suits carrying from the car to the beach; the detachable shoulder strap frees both hands on longer walks.

Recommended Use

Quality Inspection Standards
Every production run is checked at IQC, IPQC and OQC. The suite covers load testing to 1,500 cycles, zipper fatigue to 3,000 cycles, bonding strength and leak testing on the welded liner, seam strength and bar-tack pull tests on handles and strap anchors, colour fastness and colour difference of the outer fabric against the approved sample, and stitch density and binding checks. Third-party inspection by SGS or QIMA can be arranged at the buyer's cost.

Printing and Logo
The sewn outer shell takes branding methods that welded coolers cannot. The centre ribbon can be woven with your own name or logo, and woven labels, embroidery and rubber patches can be stitched onto the panels or the lid. Serape stripes can be produced in custom colourways, or the shell can be made in a printed polyester to your own pattern. The liner colour can be matched to the brand as well. Artwork is required as vector files; a digital proof and fabric strike-off are provided before sampling.

What does it cost?

Can we put our own logo on it?
Yes. The centre ribbon can be woven with your logo, and woven labels, embroidery, rubber patches and screen print are all available. Stripe colourways and liner colour can be matched to your brand.
Is it leakproof?
The welded TPU liner is leakproof when the bag is upright with the lid closed. The outer fabric is water-resistant but not waterproof, and the zip is not airtight.
How many cans does it hold?
16 standard 330 ml cans without ice, or about 10 cans with ice.
How long does ice last?
Approximately 24 hours in our trials at 25 °C ambient, packed with ice, closed and out of direct sun. Frequent opening and direct sun shorten this.
Does it fold flat?
No. The foam insulation and welded liner hold the bag's shape, which is what keeps food from being crushed and the cold in. It flexes slightly when empty but does not collapse.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the liner with warm water and mild detergent and leave the lid open to dry. Spot-clean the outer fabric with a damp cloth.
Can you make other sizes in the same fabric?
Yes. A 6-can and a 24-can version can be produced in the same serape fabric for a matching range.
What is the lead time?
Samples in 7–15 days. Production is 30–35 days after sample approval, from either the China or the Vietnam factory.
