Product Description

SL-C446 is a 35L sports duffel bag, holding 35 liters in a box-shaped body measuring 48 × 28 × 26 cm and weighing 1.0 kg. The body is PU-coated 600D polyester in slate blue with black end panels, sewn throughout with grey bound edges. The main compartment opens through a zip along the top, covered by a storm flap. Two grey webbing handles run from the top of the bag down both faces and around the base, passing through ladder-lock buckles on each face so the straps can be tightened to compress a partly filled bag. On the back, two webbing shoulder straps and a top grab handle let the duffel be carried as a backpack. Each end panel carries a webbing handle for lifting the bag out of a car boot or a locker.

Construction

SL-C446 is a sewn bag. The panels are joined with lockstitch seams and finished with grey binding tape along every edge, which protects the seam allowance from fraying and gives the bag its defined box shape. The handle webbing runs continuously around the body, so the weight of a full bag is carried by the webbing under the base rather than by the stitching at the top of the handles. Bar-tacks reinforce every point where a handle, shoulder strap or buckle meets the body.

Sewn construction is a deliberate choice for a sports and travel duffel. It allows bound edges, structured panels, multiple strap attachments and a lower unit price than a fully welded bag, and Sealock runs it as an equally mature in-house process alongside high-frequency welding. Buyers who need a fully waterproof version of the same design can specify welded construction on a custom order.

Water Resistance

The PU coating on the fabric sheds light rain, splashes and wet grass, and the storm flap keeps water off the top zip. Because the seams are sewn, water can find its way through the needle holes under sustained rain, so the bag is described as water-resistant and carries no IPX rating. It is suitable for gym, sports and travel use, not for boating or prolonged exposure to heavy rain.

Carrying and Use

As a duffel, the twin handles carry the bag by hand. As a backpack, the shoulder straps on the back put the load on both shoulders for a walk to the field, the station or the gym. The end handles are for lifting the bag in and out of a car boot or a locker. When the bag is half full, the wrap-around straps cinch it down through the ladder-lock buckles so the load does not shift. The 35 L main compartment holds sports kit, shoes and a towel, or clothing for a two-day trip.

Quality Inspection Standards

Every production run is checked at IQC, IPQC and OQC. The suite covers load testing to 1,500 cycles, zipper fatigue to 3,000 cycles, seam strength and bar-tack pull tests on handles and shoulder straps, buckle slip testing, abrasion on the base, colour fastness and colour difference against the approved sample, and stitch density and binding checks. Third-party inspection by SGS or QIMA can be arranged at the buyer's cost.

Product Highlights

35 L sports duffel that carries by hand, on the back or by the end handles. Wrap-around webbing that carries the load under the base and compresses a half-full bag through ladder-lock buckles. Storm flap over the top zip. Bound edges and bar-tacked stress points for a structured, durable shape. Sewn construction for a lower unit price, with a welded waterproof version available. MOQ 300 with Pantone matching across body, binding and webbing.

Printing and Logo

Sewn construction opens up logo methods that welded bags cannot take. Embroidery and woven labels can be stitched directly onto the body panels, the storm flap or the shoulder straps. Screen printing and heat transfer suit large marks and team numbers. Rubber patches give a raised, durable mark. Binding and webbing colours can be matched to club or brand colours. Artwork is required as vector files; a digital placement proof is returned before sampling.

OEM / ODM Capability

Sealock has manufactured outdoor and waterproof bags for over 20 years, with factories in Guangdong, China and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — the second site giving brands a non-China origin option where tariff exposure matters. We hold ISO 9001, BSCI, SMETA, Higg, GRS and SCAN certification.

Many buyers know Sealock for high-frequency welding, but sewn construction is an equally mature in-house capability, with dedicated cutting, binding and lockstitch lines. This bag is a sewn product from start to finish. Most demanding requirements can be met, from a colour and logo change to new compartments, padded harnesses or a fully welded waterproof version of the same design; complex development with new patterns adds time to the first sample cycle, which is worth planning for early.

FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity?

300 pieces per colour.

What does it cost?

Price depends on capacity, quantity, fabric, accessories and logo method. Sewn construction keeps the unit price below a welded bag of the same size. Send your specification to info@sealock.com.hk and we will quote within one working day.

Can we put our own logo on it?

Yes. Embroidery, woven labels, screen print, heat transfer and rubber patches are all available, and binding and webbing colours can be matched to your brand or team colours.

Is it waterproof?

It is water-resistant. The coated fabric and storm flap handle light rain and splashes, but the seams are sewn, so the bag is not rated for heavy rain or submersion. A welded waterproof version is available on custom orders.

What fits in a 35L sports duffel?

A full set of sports kit with shoes and a towel, or clothing for a two-day trip.

Can it be carried as a backpack?

Yes. The webbing shoulder straps on the back carry it as a backpack, and padded straps can be specified on custom orders.

Can you add a shoe compartment?

Yes. A separate shoe compartment, internal pockets and other layouts can be added on custom orders.

What are the straps on the front for?

They are the handle webbing, which wraps around the bag. The ladder-lock buckles let you tighten it to compress a half-full bag.

Can you produce it for a team or club order?

Yes. Team colours, embroidered crests and individual names or numbers can be added, at MOQ 300 per colour.

What is the lead time?

Samples in 7–15 days. Production is 30–35 days after sample approval, from either the China or the Vietnam factory.
