Product Description
SL-I050 is a soft cooler bag measuring 38 × 27 × 31 cm outside and 32 × 21 × 23 cm inside, holding 15.5 liters, enough for 24 standard 330 ml cans without ice. It weighs about 1.6 kg. The outer shell is charcoal TPU-laminated nylon, and the walls carry about 30 mm of closed-cell foam on every side including the lid, around a blue food-grade TPU liner welded into a single leakproof tub. All body seams are high-frequency welded. The top closes with an airtight waterproof zip. On the front and back, two vertical webbing daisy chains with blue bar-tacks serve as hitch points for carabiners, bottle openers and accessories, and each ends at the base in a moulded D-ring anchor. Two webbing tote handles run over the top, and each end panel carries a webbing grab handle on a welded patch with a moulded anchor for a shoulder strap. A black wear band protects the base.
Insulation and Cold Holding
The 30 mm foam walls are what set SL-I050 apart from thinner soft coolers in the same footprint. Thick, closed-cell foam on every face, with the lid insulated to the same thickness as the walls, slows heat gain far more than a thin liner can. The airtight zip adds to this by removing the air leak along the closure. In our trials, a pre-chilled bag loaded at a 2:1 ice-to-contents ratio, closed and held at 25 °C ambient out of direct sun, still held ice at approximately 48 hours. Results change with ambient temperature, sun exposure, how often the bag is opened and whether the contents were chilled before loading.
The trade-off for thick walls is that the bag holds its box shape and does not fold flat. That shape keeps food from being crushed and makes the bag stand and stack in a car boot or on a boat.
Construction and Water Behaviour
The shell, the liner and all attachment patches are high-frequency welded, so there are no stitch holes in the cold compartment or through the outer wall. The daisy chains and handles are sewn to their own webbing and patches, not through the body. Melt-water stays in the welded liner instead of reaching the foam, so the insulation stays dry and the bag does not hold odour.
With the airtight zip closed, the cooler is rated IPX7, verified by full water-immersion test, 2+ hours. It is leakproof in any orientation, so melt-water stays in when it tips over in a truck bed or lies on its side on a boat deck. It is not rated for depth exposure.

Recommended Use
Boating and fishing, overlanding and truck-bed use, multi-day camping, tailgates, jobsite lunches and catering drops where a cooler has to hold ice through a long, hot day. Suitable for drinks, food, bait and ice. Not intended for depth exposure.
Quality Inspection Standards
Every production run is checked at IQC, IPQC and OQC. The suite covers load testing to 1,500 cycles, zipper fatigue to 3,000 cycles, tensile and bonding strength on welded seams and attachment patches, pull tests on moulded anchors, abrasion on the base band, colour fastness and colour difference against the approved sample, and full water-immersion testing on finished coolers. Because the zip is airtight, every unit also goes through our customer inspection procedure — unboxing, vacuum extraction, 24-hour static rest and air-leak determination. Thermal profiles can be run to a buyer's own protocol and supplied with the sample. Third-party inspection by SGS or QIMA can be arranged at the buyer's cost.
Product Highlights
30 mm closed-cell foam on all sides, including the lid, for about 48 hours of ice under stated conditions. Airtight zip and welded food-grade liner, IPX7 and leakproof in any orientation. Four daisy-chain hitch strips and four lower D-ring anchors for accessories and tie-down. Tote handles, end handles and shoulder strap anchors. Wear band on the base. MOQ 300 with Pantone matching down to the bar-tack thread.
Printing and Logo
Screen printing suits solid one- to three-colour marks on TPU and resists UV and salt. Heat transfer handles multi-colour artwork. Welded TPU patches and raised silicone prints give a tonal, textured mark. Bar-tack thread, webbing and liner colours can all be matched to the brand. Logos are placed between the daisy chains, clear of the zip path. Artwork is required as vector files; a digital placement proof is returned before sampling.
OEM / ODM Capability
Sealock has manufactured insulated and waterproof gear for over 20 years, with factories in Guangdong, China and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — the second site giving brands a non-China origin option where tariff exposure matters. We hold ISO 9001, BSCI, SMETA, Higg, GRS and SCAN certification, and produce insulated products for brands including STANLEY, Hydro Flask and CORDOVA.
The cooler is high-frequency welded, while the webbing, daisy chains and handles are sewn to their patches, and sewn construction is an equally mature in-house capability rather than an outsourced step. Most demanding requirements can be met, from a colour and logo change to new sizes, VIP insulation or a full redesign; complex development with new tooling adds time to the first sample cycle, which is worth planning for early.

FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
300 pieces per colour.
What does it cost?
Price depends on quantity, insulation, accessories and logo method. VIP panel insulation carries a significant price step. Send your specification to info@sealock.com.hk and we will quote within one working day.
Can we put our own logo on it?
Yes. Screen print, heat transfer, welded patches and raised silicone prints are all available, with Pantone matching on shell, liner, webbing and bar-tacks.
How many cans does it hold?
24 standard 330 ml cans without ice, or about 16 cans with enough ice to keep them cold.
How long does ice last?
Approximately 48 hours in our trials with a pre-chilled bag at a 2:1 ice ratio, closed and held at 25 °C out of direct sun. Frequent opening and direct sun shorten this.
Is it leakproof?
Yes. With the airtight zip closed, it is rated IPX7 and leakproof in any orientation, verified by full water immersion for 2+ hours.
Does it fold flat?
No. The 30 mm foam walls hold the bag's shape, which is what gives it its ice retention and lets it stand and stack.
What are the webbing strips on the front and back for?
They are daisy-chain hitch points for carabiners, a bottle opener or accessory pouches. The D-ring anchors at the bottom take tie-down straps on a boat or truck bed.
Is a shoulder strap included?
The standard bag carries by tote and end handles. A padded shoulder strap that clips to the end anchors can be supplied with the order.
What is the lead time?
Samples in 7–15 days. Production is 30–35 days after sample approval, from either the China or the Vietnam factory.
