Product Description
SL-I126 is an insulated grocery tote measuring 48 × 26 × 36 cm and holding about 35 liters, enough for a weekly shop of chilled and frozen food. It weighs about 1.1 kg. The outer shell is olive green coated polyester, with 10 mm of closed-cell foam in the sides, base and lid behind a light grey wipe-clean liner. The bag is sewn, with a black bound edge around the top opening. The insulated lid opens on a zip that runs around three sides, fitted with double sliders so it can be opened from either end. On the front, a horizontal zip pocket holds a wallet, keys or receipts. One end carries a mesh pocket for a bottle; both ends carry webbing handles with moulded hook anchors for the detachable shoulder strap, which has a padded shoulder section. Black webbing tote handles run over the top.
Designed for Shopping and Delivery
The box shape and flat base keep groceries upright and let the bag stand on a car boot floor or a shop counter without slumping. The wide lid opens the full length of the bag, so items can be packed flat and taken out in order. The tote handles carry it by hand or over the shoulder from the shop to the car, and the shoulder strap frees both hands for longer walks or cycling deliveries. Folded flat, the bag slides into a car boot or a kitchen drawer between shops.
Construction
SL-I126 is a sewn product. The shell, insulation and liner are assembled on lockstitch lines and finished with binding tape around the opening, which gives the bag its structured shape and keeps the unit price at the level grocery and retail programmes need. Bar-tacks reinforce the handle and strap anchors. Sewn construction is an equally mature in-house process at Sealock alongside high-frequency welding, and it is the right choice for a bag that carries packaged food rather than loose ice.
The coated outer fabric sheds light rain, and the liner wipes clean of spills and condensation. Because the bag is sewn, it is not leakproof: use sealed ice packs rather than loose ice, and keep liquids in their containers. Buyers who need a leakproof grocery cooler can specify a welded liner on a custom order.
Cold Holding
With frozen ice packs, closed and kept out of direct sun, the tote keeps chilled and frozen groceries cold for approximately 12 hours in our trials at 25 °C ambient, which covers the drive home and a few hours more. Results change with ambient temperature, sun exposure, how often the lid is opened and how cold the food was when packed. Thicker insulation can be specified for longer hold times.

Recommended Use

Quality Inspection Standards
Every production run is checked at IQC, IPQC and OQC. The suite covers load testing to 1,500 cycles, zipper fatigue to 3,000 cycles, seam strength and bar-tack pull tests on handles and strap anchors, stitch density and binding checks, colour fastness and colour difference against the approved sample, and insulation fit inspection. Third-party inspection by SGS or QIMA can be arranged at the buyer's cost.

Printing and Logo
Sewn construction allows the widest choice of branding. Screen printing and heat transfer suit large logos and retailer artwork on the front and back panels. Artwork is required as vector files; a digital placement proof is returned before sampling.

Is it leakproof?
No. It is a sewn tote with a wipe-clean liner, made for packaged food with ice packs. For loose ice or liquids, a welded leakproof liner can be specified on custom orders.
How long does it keep food cold?

How much does it hold?
About 35 liters, roughly the contents of two standard supermarket bags of chilled and frozen food.

How do I clean it?
Wipe the liner with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and leave the lid open to dry. Spot-clean the outer fabric.
What is the lead time?
Samples in 7–15 days. Production is 30–35 days after sample approval, from either the China or the Vietnam factory.
