Product Description

SL-I1082 is an oval soft cooler bag measuring 42 × 26 × 32 cm outside and holding about 18 liters, enough for around 24 standard 330 ml cans without ice. It weighs about 1.4 kg. The shell is seafoam TPU-laminated nylon over 20 mm of closed-cell foam, and the food-grade TPU liner is high-frequency welded into a single oval tub; the liner shown carries an all-over custom print. The oval lid closes with an airtight waterproof zip. On the front, a sage flap pocket with grey bound edges sits below a tonal raised SEALOCK patch. Two grey webbing tote handles are sewn to welded patches on each face, and each handle carries two webbing loops for clipping accessories. Webbing loops on both ends take the detachable shoulder strap, which has metal snap hooks and a seafoam padded shoulder section.

Oval Shape and Printed Liner

The oval body has no sharp corners for ice to bridge across, so ice settles evenly around the contents, and there are no inside corners where crumbs and water collect. From the outside, the rounded profile sets the cooler apart from the box-shaped soft coolers that dominate the category, which matters for gift, retail and promotional programmes where the product has to stand out on a shelf or at an event.

The liner can be printed with an all-over pattern before it is welded, as in the sample shown. It is the first thing the recipient sees when the lid opens, which makes it a natural place for a brand pattern, a monogram or a seasonal design on corporate gifts and food hampers.

Construction and Water Behaviour

The shell, liner and handle patches are high-frequency welded, so there are no stitch holes in the cold compartment or through the outer wall. The front pocket and the handle webbing are sewn onto welded panels, never through the body. Melt-water stays in the welded liner instead of reaching the foam, so the insulation stays dry and the cooler does not hold odour.

With the airtight zip closed, the cooler is rated IPX7, verified by full water-immersion test, 2+ hours. It is leakproof in any orientation, so melt-water stays inside if it tips over in a car or on a boat. The front flap pocket sits outside the waterproof body and is splash-proof only. The cooler is not rated for depth exposure.

Cold Holding

Packed with ice, closed and kept out of direct sun, the cooler holds ice for approximately 36 hours in our trials at 25 °C ambient. Results change with ambient temperature, sun exposure, how often the lid is opened and whether the contents were chilled before loading. The airtight zip removes the air leak along the closure that lets warm air into coolers with a standard zip.

Quality Inspection Standards

Every production run is checked at IQC, IPQC and OQC. The suite covers load testing to 1,500 cycles, zipper fatigue to 3,000 cycles, tensile and bonding strength on welded seams and handle patches, print adhesion and colour difference on printed liners, colour fastness on the shell, and full water-immersion testing on finished coolers. Because the zip is airtight, every unit also goes through our customer inspection procedure — unboxing, vacuum extraction, 24-hour static rest and air-leak determination. Third-party inspection by SGS or QIMA can be arranged at the buyer's cost.

Product Highlights

Oval body and lid with no inside corners. Airtight zip and welded food-grade liner, IPX7 and leakproof in any orientation. Liner that can carry an all-over custom print for gift and brand programmes. 20 mm closed-cell foam on every side, about 36 hours of ice under stated conditions. Front flap pocket, tote handles with accessory loops, detachable padded shoulder strap. MOQ 300 per colour or print.

Printing and Logo

The liner is printed with an all-over pattern before welding, so the design covers the inside walls and the underside of the lid. On the outside, the standard mark is a tonal raised TPU patch; screen print and heat transfer suit larger or multi-colour artwork, and woven labels can be sewn onto the front pocket. Shell, pocket, webbing and liner colours can all be matched to the brand, and a printed gift box can be supplied. Artwork is required as vector files; a digital proof of the liner repeat and the outer placement is returned before sampling.

OEM / ODM Capability

Sealock has manufactured insulated and waterproof gear for over 20 years, with factories in Guangdong, China and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — the second site giving brands a non-China origin option where tariff exposure matters. We hold ISO 9001, BSCI, SMETA, Higg, GRS and SCAN certification, and produce insulated products for brands including STANLEY, Hydro Flask and CORDOVA.

The cooler body is high-frequency welded, while the front pocket and handle webbing are sewn onto welded panels, and sewn construction is an equally mature in-house capability rather than an outsourced step. Most demanding requirements can be met, from a liner print and colourway to new oval sizes, thicker insulation or a full redesign; complex development with new tooling adds time to the first sample cycle, which is worth planning for early.

FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity?

300 pieces per colour or liner print.

What does it cost?

Price depends on quantity, liner print, insulation, accessories and packaging. Send your specification to info@sealock.com.hk and we will quote within one working day.

Can we print our own pattern on the liner?

Yes. The liner can carry an all-over custom pattern, logo repeat or monogram, printed before welding. A digital proof of the repeat is supplied before sampling.

Can we put our logo on the outside?

Yes. The standard mark is a tonal raised patch, and screen print, heat transfer and woven labels on the pocket are also available.

Is it leakproof?

Yes. With the airtight zip closed, it is rated IPX7 and leakproof in any orientation, verified by full water immersion for 2+ hours.

How many cans does it hold?

About 24 standard 330 ml cans without ice, or about 16 with ice.

How long does ice last?

Approximately 36 hours in our trials at 25 °C ambient, packed with ice, closed and out of direct sun. Frequent opening and direct sun shorten this.

Can you supply it in gift packaging?

Yes. A printed gift box, hangtag or retail-ready pack can be supplied for corporate gifting, hampers and retail.

How do I look after the airtight zip?

Rinse off salt and sand, lubricate the teeth occasionally with a silicone-based stick, and store the cooler with the zip open.

What is the lead time?

Samples in 7–15 days. Production is 30–35 days after sample approval, from either the China or the Vietnam factory.
