Product Description

SL-C108 is a 45L dry duffel bag, holding 45 liters in a body that measures 61 × 35 × 41 cm with the top unrolled and weighs 1.3 kg. The body is 500D PVC tarpaulin with all seams high-frequency welded, in a colour body with black end panels. The main compartment closes by rolling the top down and joining the side-release buckles at each end. On the front, a welded horizontal zip pocket holds small items outside the dry compartment. On the back, a large mesh pocket framed in webbing carries wet gear. Both faces have vertical webbing bands with daisy-chain loops, and each band ends in a D-ring at the top and the bottom for clipping gear; the bag is supplied with two aluminium carabiners. Two webbing handles meet under a padded hook-and-loop wrap, and a detachable shoulder strap with snap hooks and a padded shoulder section clips to the upper D-rings. Each end panel carries a webbing buckle strap for compressing the load. Standard colours are yellow, rose red, blue and black.

Construction and Water Behaviour

All body seams are high-frequency welded, so there are no needle holes or seam tape anywhere on the water-holding body. The front zip pocket frame and the webbing anchors are welded onto the wall rather than stitched through it. The handles and shoulder pad are sewn only to their own webbing, which keeps the waterproof shell intact.

With the top rolled at least three times and both buckles closed, the main compartment is rated IPX7, verified by full water-immersion test, 2+ hours. That covers a bag washed off a kayak deck, dropped off a dock or left in standing water in the bilge. The rating applies to the main compartment only: the front zip pocket and the rear mesh pocket sit outside the dry body. The zip pocket is splash-proof and suits keys, sunscreen or snacks; the mesh pocket drains freely and is meant for wet towels, swimwear or sandals.

Carrying and Attachment

The twin handles carry the bag by hand, and the padded wrap joins them into a single grip. Over the shoulder, the detachable strap spreads the load across a wide pad. The daisy-chain loops and D-rings on both faces take carabiners, a water bottle, a lamp or a lashing strap, and the lower D-rings let the bag be tied down on a boat deck, a raft frame or a roof rack. The end buckle straps compress a half-full bag so the load does not shift.

Quality Inspection Standards

Every production run is checked at IQC, IPQC and OQC. The suite covers load testing to 1,500 cycles, tensile and bonding strength on welded seams and anchors, buckle pull and release testing, salt-spray on metal hardware, abrasion on the base, colour fastness and colour difference against the approved sample, and full water-immersion testing on finished bags. Third-party inspection by SGS or QIMA can be arranged at the buyer's cost.

Product Highlights

45 L roll-top dry duffel with an IPX7 main compartment. Seamless high-frequency welded 500D PVC body with welded anchors, so no stitching runs through the waterproof wall. Front zip pocket for small items and a rear mesh pocket that drains wet gear. Daisy-chain bands and D-rings on both faces, with two carabiners supplied. Twin padded handles, detachable padded shoulder strap and end compression straps. Four standard colours, MOQ 300, GRS recycled base available.

Printing and Logo

Screen printing is the standard method on PVC tarpaulin and holds up to UV, salt and repeated rolling. Heat transfer suits multi-colour artwork. Welded PVC patches give a raised, tonal mark, and reflective print adds visibility on the water at dusk. Logos are placed on the side walls, clear of the roll-top fold zone, so the print does not crack. Artwork is required as vector files; a digital placement proof is returned before sampling.

OEM / ODM Capability

Sealock has manufactured waterproof bags for over 20 years, with factories in Guangdong, China and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — the second site giving brands a non-China origin option where tariff exposure matters. We hold ISO 9001, BSCI, SMETA, Higg, GRS and SCAN certification, and have produced for marine and outdoor brands including Helly Hansen, Musto, West Marine and attwood.

The body is high-frequency welded, while the mesh pocket, handle wrap and shoulder pad are sewn, and sewn construction is an equally mature in-house capability rather than an outsourced step. Most demanding requirements can be met, from a colour and logo change to recycled fabrics, new capacities or a full redesign; complex development with new patterns adds time to the first sample cycle, which is worth planning for early.

FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity?

300 pieces per colour.

What does it cost?

Price depends on capacity, quantity, fabric, accessories and logo method. Send your specification to info@sealock.com.hk and we will quote within one working day.

Can we put our own logo on it?

Yes. Screen print, heat transfer, welded patches and reflective print are all available, with Pantone matching on body and webbing.

Is it fully waterproof?

The main compartment is rated IPX7 with the top rolled at least three times and buckled, verified by full water immersion for 2+ hours. The front zip pocket and rear mesh pocket are outside the dry compartment.

What fits in a 45L dry duffel bag?

Clothing for a four- to five-day trip, or a sleeping bag, camp layers and cooking kit for a weekend on the river, or wetsuits and towels for a family day at the beach.

Is a recycled version available?

Yes. The bag can be produced on a GRS-certified recycled polyester base fabric, with documentation supplied for your sustainability claims.

Can it be tied down on a boat or raft?

Yes. The lower D-rings and daisy-chain loops take lashing straps or carabiners for securing the bag to a deck line or raft frame.

What is the rear mesh pocket for?

Wet items such as towels, swimwear or sandals. It drains and airs them outside the dry compartment.

How should I store it?

Rinse with fresh water after salt water or sand, let it dry fully with the top open, then fold it flat.

What is the lead time?

Samples in 7–15 days. Production is 30–35 days after sample approval, from either the China or the Vietnam factory.
