Product Description
SL-C325 is a 30L barrel duffel bag, holding 30 liters in a cylindrical body measuring 52 × 27 × 27 cm and weighing 0.9 kg. The body is TPU-laminated 420D nylon with all seams high-frequency welded, in a colour body with black end caps. The main compartment opens through a waterproof zip running the full length of the top. Two webbing handles are fixed to long welded patches on each face and meet under a padded wrap. At the top of each patch, a moulded hook anchor takes the detachable shoulder strap, which has snap hooks, seatbelt-style webbing and a padded shoulder section. At the bottom of each patch, a buckle receiver takes one of the four supplied tie-down straps, so the bag can be fastened to a motorcycle seat, a luggage rack, a boat deck or a roof rack. Standard colours are black, army green and orange.
Construction and Water Behaviour
The body seams and the handle patches are high-frequency welded, so no stitching runs through the waterproof wall. The handle webbing, hook anchors and buckle receivers are all mounted on the welded patches, which spread the load of a full bag, or the pull of a tie-down strap on a rough road, across a long strip of fabric instead of a single point.
The rating is IPX6, verified by heavy rain and water-jet testing on finished bags. With the zip closed, the main compartment stays dry in heavy rain on a motorcycle, spray on a boat deck or splashes on a dock. The bag is not built to be submerged. The matte TPU surface wipes clean of road grime, salt and mud.
Tie-Down Strap Kit
The four supplied straps clip into the buckle receivers at the base of the handle patches and wrap around a pillion seat, grab rails, a luggage rack or deck fittings. Because the receivers sit on the same welded patches as the handles, the bag is held from four points along its length and does not roll or shift under braking or in a swell. When the straps are not needed, they unclip completely and pack inside the bag.
Carrying and Use
The 30 L compartment holds clothing for a two-day trip, a weekend of riding gear, or a wetsuit and towel for a day on the water. By hand, the twin handles meet under the padded wrap. Over the shoulder, the detachable strap clips onto the top hook anchors. The barrel shape packs into a car boot, sits across a motorcycle seat and folds flat when empty.

Recommended Use
Motorcycle and scooter travel with the bag strapped across the pillion seat or rack, boating and kayak trips with the bag tied to deck fittings, overlanding with the bag on a roof rack, weekend travel and gym use. Suitable for clothing, riding gear, towels and soft gear. Not intended for submersion; keep electronics in a separate dry pouch.
Quality Inspection Standards
Every production run is checked at IQC, IPQC and OQC. The suite covers load testing to 1,500 cycles, zipper fatigue to 3,000 cycles, tensile and bonding strength on welded seams and handle patches, pull tests on hook anchors and buckle receivers, salt-spray on metal snap hooks, abrasion on the base, colour fastness and colour difference against the approved sample, and heavy rain and water-jet testing on finished bags. Third-party inspection by SGS or QIMA can be arranged at the buyer's cost.

Printing and Logo
Screen printing suits solid one- to three-colour marks on matte TPU and resists abrasion and UV. Heat transfer handles multi-colour artwork. Artwork is required as vector files; a digital placement proof is returned before sampling.

It is rated IPX6: with the zip closed, it stays dry in heavy rain and spray. It is not submersible. An airtight zip is available on custom orders.

How do the tie-down straps work?
