Product Description
SL-I032 is a waterproof soft cooler bag made in three sizes on one design: 12 L (30 × 22 × 25 cm), 15 L (32 × 24 × 28 cm) and 20 L (36 × 26 × 30 cm), weighing about 1.0, 1.2 and 1.4 kg. The shell is TPU-laminated nylon over 15 mm of closed-cell foam on every side including the lid, and the blue food-grade TPU liner is welded into a single tub. The body is high-frequency welded with no stitched seams. The lid closes with an airtight waterproof zipper fitted with a large ring pull that can be gripped with gloves or wet hands. A heavy-duty webbing handle on a welded patch runs across the lid, a welded zip pocket on the front holds keys or a phone, and moulded hook anchors at each end take the detachable shoulder strap on carabiner-style snap hooks. The strap has a wide padded shoulder section, and a black wear band protects the base. Standard colours are white, black, grey, blue, khaki and orange.

Airtight Zipper and Welded Body
The airtight zipper closes with sealed, interlocking teeth that form a continuous barrier along the opening, and the welded body has no needle holes anywhere in the shell or liner. Together they make the cooler a sealed chamber: with the zipper closed, it is rated IPX7, verified by full water-immersion test, 2+ hours, and is leakproof in any orientation. Melt-water stays in when the cooler tips over in a car or rolls on a boat deck, and rain and spray stay out. It is not rated for depth exposure.
Because nothing is stitched through the waterproof wall, melt-water never reaches the foam. Sewn coolers lose insulation over time as water wicks through taped needle holes into the foam; a welded cooler keeps its insulation dry and does not hold odour.
Cold Holding
Packed with ice, closed and kept out of direct sun, the 20 L size holds ice for 48 hours or more in our trials at 25 °C ambient. The 12 L and 15 L sizes hold less ice and have less thermal mass, so they hold ice for a shorter time under the same conditions. Results change with ambient temperature, sun exposure, how often the cooler is opened and whether the contents were chilled before loading. The airtight zipper removes the air leak along the closure that lets warm air into coolers with a standard zip.
Carrying
The heavy-duty top handle is wrapped in webbing and anchored on a welded patch across the lid, so a full cooler can be lifted with one hand from a car boot or onto a boat. For longer walks, the shoulder strap clips to the end anchors and adjusts for length, and its padded section spreads the load across the shoulder. The strap unclips completely when not needed.

Quality Inspection Standards
Every production run is checked at IQC, IPQC and OQC. The suite covers load testing to 1,500 cycles on the top handle and shoulder strap, zipper fatigue to 3,000 cycles, tensile and bonding strength on welded seams and handle patches, salt-spray on snap hooks, abrasion on the base band, colour fastness and colour difference against the approved sample, and full water-immersion testing on finished coolers. Third-party inspection by SGS or QIMA can be arranged at the buyer's cost.

Printing and Logo
The flat front panel above the zip pocket is the main logo area. Screen printing suits solid one- to three-colour marks and resists UV and salt. Heat transfer and UV digital printing handle multi-colour and photographic artwork. Welded TPU patches and raised silicone prints give a tonal, textured mark, and the shoulder pad can carry a second logo. Shell, liner, handle and strap colours can be matched to the brand. Artwork is required as vector files; a digital placement proof is returned before sampling.

The cooler body is high-frequency welded, while the handle wrap and padded shoulder strap are sewn, and sewn construction is an equally mature in-house capability rather than an outsourced step. Most demanding requirements can be met, from a colour and logo change across all three sizes to new capacities, thicker insulation or full custom development; complex development with new tooling adds time to the first sample cycle, which is worth planning for early.

12 L holds about 12 cans and suits lunch and drinks for one or two people. 15 L holds about 20 cans for a picnic or day trip for two or three. 20 L holds about 28 cans for a beach day, boat trip or fishing session.
Is it leakproof?
Yes. With the airtight zipper closed, all three sizes are rated IPX7 and leakproof in any orientation, verified by full water immersion for 2+ hours.
How long does ice last?
The 20 L size holds ice for 48 hours or more in our trials at 25 °C ambient, packed with ice, closed and out of direct sun. The smaller sizes hold ice for a shorter time.
Can we order several sizes together?
Yes. All three sizes can go on one order at 300 pieces per colour per size, and can be packed as a set.
Is the shoulder strap included?
Yes. The padded shoulder strap clips to the end anchors and can be removed.
How do I look after the airtight zipper?
Rinse off salt and sand, lubricate the teeth occasionally with a silicone-based stick, never force it closed over grit, and store the cooler with the zipper open.
What is the lead time?
Samples in 7–15 days. Production is 30–45 days after sample approval.
