Product Description

SL-I010 is a cooler shoulder bag measuring about 46 × 28 × 30 cm and holding about 26 liters, or around 36 standard 330 ml cans without ice. It weighs about 1.8 kg. The shell is charcoal green TPU-laminated nylon over 20 mm of closed-cell foam, and the food-grade TPU liner is high-frequency welded into a single tub. All body seams are high-frequency welded, and the ends are rounded. The top closes with an airtight waterproof zip. The front and back each carry two grey webbing daisy chains with lime bar-tacks, with a D-ring at the top and bottom of each, for clipping accessories or tying the cooler down. Grey webbing tote handles run over the top. Each end has a webbing grab handle on a welded patch with a moulded hook anchor, and the shoulder strap clips to these anchors with snap hooks. The strap has a wide padded shoulder section printed with the logo and adjusts for length at both ends.

Wide Padded Shoulder Strap

A loaded 26 L cooler with ice weighs 12–15 kg, and most soft coolers leave that weight on a narrow strip of webbing. On SL-I010, the shoulder strap widens into a padded section that spreads the load across the shoulder, so the cooler can be carried from the car park to the beach, the dock or the campsite without the strap digging in. The strap adjusts at both ends to sit at hip height on either shoulder or across the body, and it unclips completely when the cooler is carried by the tote handles.

Construction and Water Behaviour

The shell, liner and all attachment patches are high-frequency welded, so there are no stitch holes in the cold compartment or through the outer wall. The daisy chains, D-rings and handles are fixed to welded panels, never through the body. Melt-water stays in the welded liner instead of reaching the foam, so the insulation stays dry and the cooler does not hold odour.

With the airtight zip closed, the cooler is rated IPX7, verified by full water-immersion test, 2+ hours. It is leakproof in any orientation, so melt-water stays in when the cooler swings on the shoulder or lies on its side in a car boot, and rain and spray stay out. It is not rated for depth exposure.

Cold Holding

Packed with ice, closed and kept out of direct sun, the cooler holds ice for approximately 40 hours in our trials at 25 °C ambient. The airtight zip removes the air leak along the closure. Results change with ambient temperature, sun exposure, how often it is opened and whether the contents were chilled before loading.

Quality Inspection Standards

Every production run is checked at IQC, IPQC and OQC. The suite covers load testing to 1,500 cycles on handles and shoulder strap, zipper fatigue to 3,000 cycles, tensile and bonding strength on welded seams and attachment patches, D-ring pull tests, abrasion on the base, colour fastness and colour difference against the approved sample, and full water-immersion testing on finished coolers. Because the zip is airtight, every unit also goes through our customer inspection procedure — unboxing, vacuum extraction, 24-hour static rest and air-leak determination. Third-party inspection by SGS or QIMA can be arranged at the buyer's cost.

Product Highlights

Wide padded shoulder strap that spreads the weight of a full cooler. Airtight zip and welded food-grade liner, IPX7 and leakproof in any orientation. About 26 L, holding around 36 cans. Four daisy chains with eight D-rings for accessories and tie-down. Tote handles and end grab handles. Charcoal green with lime bar-tacks, MOQ 300 with a printed shoulder pad as a second branding surface.

Printing and Logo

Screen printing suits solid one- to three-colour marks on the shell and resists UV and salt. Heat transfer handles multi-colour artwork. Welded TPU patches give a tonal mark. The wide shoulder pad carries a second logo, which faces outward whenever the cooler is carried. Bar-tack thread, webbing and liner colours can be matched to the brand. Artwork is required as vector files; a digital placement proof is returned before sampling.

OEM / ODM Capability

Sealock has manufactured insulated and waterproof gear for over 20 years, with factories in Guangdong, China and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — the second site giving brands a non-China origin option where tariff exposure matters. We hold ISO 9001, BSCI, SMETA, Higg, GRS and SCAN certification, and produce insulated products for brands including STANLEY, Hydro Flask and CORDOVA.

The cooler body is high-frequency welded, while the daisy chains, handles and padded shoulder strap are sewn, and sewn construction is an equally mature in-house capability rather than an outsourced step. Most demanding requirements can be met, from a colour and logo change to a different strap, new sizes or a full redesign; complex development with new tooling adds time to the first sample cycle, which is worth planning for early.

FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity?

300 pieces per colour.

What does it cost?

Price depends on quantity, insulation, accessories and logo method. Send your specification to info@sealock.com.hk and we will quote within one working day.

Can we put our own logo on it?

Yes. Screen print, heat transfer and welded patches go on the shell, and the wide shoulder pad can carry a second printed logo.

Is it leakproof?

Yes. With the airtight zip closed, it is rated IPX7 and leakproof in any orientation, verified by full water immersion for 2+ hours.

How many cans does it hold?

About 36 standard 330 ml cans without ice, or about 24 with ice.

How long does ice last?

Approximately 40 hours in our trials at 25 °C ambient, packed with ice, closed and out of direct sun.

Is the shoulder strap comfortable when the cooler is full?

The strap widens into a padded section that spreads the load across the shoulder. For loads above about 18 kg, use the tote handles for shorter carries.

What are the D-rings for?

Clipping carabiners, a bottle opener or accessory pouches, and tying the cooler down on a boat or in a truck bed using the lower D-rings.

How do I look after the airtight zip?

Rinse off salt and sand, lubricate the teeth occasionally with a silicone-based stick, and store the cooler with the zip open.

What is the lead time?

Samples in 7–15 days. Production is 30–35 days after sample approval, from either the China or the Vietnam factory.
