Product Description
SL-I137 is a tall soft cooler measuring 36 × 26 × 36 cm outside and about 31 × 21 × 31 cm inside, holding about 20 liters, or around 24 standard 330 ml cans without ice. It weighs about 1.7 kg. The shell is light grey TPU-laminated nylon with a black wear band around the base, over 25 mm of closed-cell foam on every side including the lid, and the food-grade TPU liner is high-frequency welded into a single tub. The top closes with an airtight waterproof zip. The front and back each carry two vertical webbing daisy chains with blue bar-tacks, ending at the base in moulded D-ring anchors. Two black webbing tote handles cross over the lid, each end panel has a webbing grab handle on a welded patch with a moulded hook anchor, and the detachable shoulder strap clips on with carabiner-style snap hooks and has a padded shoulder section.
Tall Interior for Bottles
Most soft coolers in this capacity are wide and low, so wine bottles and 2 L drink bottles have to lie down. SL-I137 is built tall instead: the 31 cm interior height takes standard wine bottles and 2 L bottles standing upright, with room for ice around them. The square footprint also takes up less floor space in a car boot, on a boat deck or beside a picnic table, and two layers of cans stack neatly when the cooler is packed with drinks.
Construction and Water Behaviour
The shell, liner and all attachment patches are high-frequency welded, so there are no stitch holes in the cold compartment or through the outer wall. The daisy chains and handles are sewn to their own webbing and patches, never through the body. Melt-water stays in the welded liner instead of reaching the foam, so the insulation stays dry and the cooler does not hold odour.
With the airtight zip closed, the cooler is rated IPX7, verified by full water-immersion test, 2+ hours. It is leakproof in any orientation, so a tall cooler that tips over in a car boot or on a boat deck keeps its melt-water inside, and rain and spray stay out. It is not rated for depth exposure.
Cold Holding
Packed with ice, closed and kept out of direct sun, the cooler holds ice for approximately 40 hours in our trials at 25 °C ambient. The 25 mm foam walls and insulated lid slow heat gain, the airtight zip removes the air leak along the closure, and the tall shape keeps more of the ice below the opening. Results change with ambient temperature, sun exposure, how often it is opened and whether the contents were chilled before loading.

Recommended Use
Picnics and dinners outdoors with wine or large bottles, beach days, boating, tailgates, camping and road trips. Suitable for drinks, food and ice. Not intended for depth exposure.
Quality Inspection Standards
Every production run is checked at IQC, IPQC and OQC. The suite covers load testing to 1,500 cycles, zipper fatigue to 3,000 cycles, tensile and bonding strength on welded seams and attachment patches, pull tests on moulded anchors, abrasion on the base band, colour fastness and colour difference against the approved sample, and full water-immersion testing on finished coolers. Because the zip is airtight, every unit also goes through our customer inspection procedure — unboxing, vacuum extraction, 24-hour static rest and air-leak determination — which identifies pinhole weld faults and zip seating issues before shipment. Third-party inspection by SGS or QIMA can be arranged at the buyer's cost.

Printing and Logo
Screen printing suits solid one- to three-colour marks on the light grey shell and resists UV and wiping. Heat transfer handles multi-colour artwork. Welded TPU patches and raised silicone prints give a tonal, textured mark. Logos sit between the daisy chains, clear of the zip path. Bar-tack thread, webbing, base band and liner colours can be matched to the brand. Artwork is required as vector files; a digital placement proof is returned before sampling.

Rinse off salt and sand, lubricate the teeth occasionally with a silicone-based stick, never force it closed over grit, and store the cooler with the zip open.
